Visit Santa Fe

The 250-acre Santa Fe campus is located in the historic capital of New Mexico and features the stunning views and rarified air for which the region is famous. Campus tours are among the best ways to begin your St. John's adventure. From the calendar below, you will have several options to choose from for your campus visit, including the opportunity to observe classes, eat in the dining hall, and meet with admissions staff. We can't wait to welcome you to campus!

Tour or Day Visit

When registering for a Day Visit, students have the option to choose to attend just the tour, or you can customize your visit by adding a Class Observation, a meal in the dining hall, or other requests. Once a tour time (9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.) is selected,  you will be able to view and select class observation options.

Saturday Tours

Our Saturday Tours offer the opportunity to be introduced to campus by a current student.  This is a great option for families with more flexibility on the weekends, or for students earlier in the process.  Class Observations are not available on Saturdays.

Overnight Campus Visits

The St. John’s Overnight Visit program is a two-day program which provides high school seniors and juniors the opportunities to connect with a current student host, experience first-hand academics in the classroom, stay and eat on campus, ask Admissions Counselors your pressing questions about the application process, learn what Johnnies do for fun and more!

Admitted Student Events

There are a plethora of events specifically designed for admitted students. If you have been admitted to St. John's and are looking to learn more, check out our admitted student events calendar.

Special Events

We have a series of special options for students looking to learn more about the Johnnie life both in and out of the classroom.  Options include:

Saturday Seminars are open to current juniors, seniors, and applying students. These are small, interactive, virtual conversations about a short text led by a faculty member and current student, followed by a short Q&A session.

Health and Wellness Guidelines

At this time, masks are optional on campus. If you prefer to wear a mask, they are available at Admissions for visitors. All visitors are welcome regardless of vaccination status.

If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms at the time of your visit, please refrain from visiting, and we will be happy to reschedule for another date.
